Microsoft Server Decommission

Decommissioning a Microsoft server and securely destroying its hard drives is a critical process to ensure your data remains protected. Here’s how we handle it safely and professionally:

Data Backup: Before decommissioning, we ensure all essential data is securely backed up and migrated to a new system or storage location, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or a virtual server.
System Decommissioning: We safely shut down the server and disconnect it from your network to prevent unauthorized access during the process.
Data Wipe: Using industry-standard tools, we perform a secure, multi-pass data wipe on the hard drives, erasing all stored information to ensure it cannot be recovered.
