This way, if an employee account does become compromised, there is less likelihood of the infiltrator being able to access more sensitive or confidential information.
We promote the use of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, as this allows for cloud-based storage with those permissions in place. This means that even if a device is stolen, the documents and data will still be available to you if you have the correct login credentials. Combining this with a secure password manager, and tightening up your network, can also be crucial steps.
