When they call up to do so, it may be tricky to figure out when your team are free to liaise with them. Microsoft Bookings can enable you to see when others have space available, and book in those meetings on their behalf.
At the same time, those external clients or users can also use Microsoft Bookings to directly book with someone within your company. This helps to cut out the need for passing messages along or trying to organise a team member’s time without their involvement.
Microsoft Bookings can help you to get that call or meeting booked in with members of your team, which can result in better communication between yourselves and prospective clients. Each employee can check all calendars, meaning that client requests can be met no matter who they speak to.
The calendar used in Microsoft Bookings is updated in real-time, meaning there is no chance of double-booking appointments. This can give you peace of mind that your day should run smoothly. Inputting blocked off sessions to allow for other work, lunch, and even buffer periods between meetings can go towards this.
A final key point of interest is automated notifications. This will give both yourself and the party you have a meeting with an email notification to confirm that the appointment has been booked. Closer to the time, you may also be able to receive additional notifications reminding you. Should either party need to cancel, notifications will again be sent out without you having to do anything.
