Are you located too far to offer IT Support?

Our HQ may fall on the Hampshire and West Sussex border, one of the most beautiful parts of the country (okay, we hear you, we’re bias) but 87% of the IT Support we offer is achieved remotely.

So, in short, location isn’t a limit. That’s why we offer UK-wide IT Support.

How long do I need to commit to Syn-Star?

Forget about hideously long contracts with an IT managed service provider because with Syn-Star it’s for a minimum of 12 months.

Our clients are then on a three month rolling contract thereafter.

What if I am not happy with your service?

We have a 90 days happiness guarantee. So if you think we’re really not up to the job, you can leave us within three months.

How do I know you do a good job?

When is your IT Support available?

Our IT Support hours are from 0730 until 1700 on Monday to Friday. It works really well for our clients! However, if you’d like to use us for any out of hours projects, we’d be more than happy to quote accordingly.

Do you offer discounts for charities?

We love working with charities and offer discounted IT Support for any charitable or not-for-profit organisation.

What does it cost for IT Support with Syn-Star?

If you’re a company with fewer than 7 machines, speak to us about alternative options as we appreciate monthly support may be too steep.

What about members of my team who have two or more machines?

Whether one employee has a computer, laptop, smartphone and a tablet, the support we cover would be for one machine. Ask us for more details as it can get a little confusing!

How do you set up my IT Support?

We have a turnkey onboarding process included for every fully managed IT Support client.

Ultimately, we’ll book you in for your onboarding at a time that works for you. You’ll also be introduced to your dedicated account manager and technical manager too.
