For more complex repairs, when we may have to order in parts, we have a strong relationship with our suppliers, who support us quickly when we need it.

We can repair your business technology including, computers, servers, mobiles, tablets and printers.

Our standard charge is £95+VAT per hour, if you are a support client, this is discounted to £80+VAT per hour.

We charge a minimum of 1 hour, then 15-minute increments thereafter.

This depends on what the server is doing.

If this installation is to run a few applications the cost would be approximately £1,000. 

But if it is running multiple virtual machines and multiple SQL databases this will be more.

The best guesstimate for  installing a server is between £1,000 – £2,500.

We charge a fixed rate of  £65+VAT for an instore config and setup. 

We will do all the pre-installation at our premises, meaning a lot less disruption for you and your colleagues. 

We then complete the installation at your premise at our standard site visit rate.

It is difficult to give the exact price, as it depends on the printer and how many users.

We charge per hour and this takes 1-2 hours on average.

Our hourly charge is £80+VAT for support clients and £95+VAT for non-support clients.

We charge exactly the same as Microsoft, we do not ‘load our prices’

We charge £2.40+VAT per month / per user for a standalone cloud backup of your Microsoft 365.

Please bare in mind that the ‘dataset’ within 365 is fragmented with SharePoint, so you will require one additional license.

e.g. a business of 10 people using Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint will require 11 licenses (11x£2.40 = £26.40+VAT)

We charge £60+VAT per month for up to 3TB of data.
